The 135th Cantonese Fair

The world’s largest Import and Export Fair, commonly referred to as the Cantonese Fair, is one of the most important events on the global trade calendar. Since 1957, when its first edition was held in Guangzhou, China, this biannual fair has developed into a huge platform for both imports and exports from a variety of industries – s     howcasing products from many sectors each spring and autumn, respectively.

The 135th Cantonese Fair concluded successfully on May 5 in Guangzhou.
As of May 4, a total of 246,000 foreign buyers from 215 countries and regions attended the offline conference, up 24.5% from the previous session, setting a new record. Among them were 160,000 buyers from various countries.

Exhibitors at this year’s Cantonese Fair showcased more than one million new products on-site and held 334 new product debut events. Companies placed a total of 2.54 million exhibits on the online platform.
